If an item is in stock Delivery takes place between 24-48 hours | If an item is not in stock it will be delivered within 7-8 working days. We use DELHIVERY as our courier partner for deliveries and returns.

We offer a free exchange and return on all items. Discounted items are also eligible for exchange and returns.
Our return & exchange policy lasts 7 days from your purchase, after the completion of which we can no longer offer refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be (1) unused, (2) in the same condition that you received it and (3) in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase as well as proof of damage / delay. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer prior to raising your request with our team.
Mistry does not have a cancellation policy as all orders are handcrafted & made to order.
In case of refund it takes upto 3 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items free of charge if they are defective or damaged. Items can be replaced with a fresh piece from your original purchase or with available items of the same cart value. We do not offer exchanges on free items.
All items and tags should be intact for exchange. The exchange item will reach you within 7 days.
Refunds
After refund is approved from our team it will be reversed on your account within 21 days. Refunds will be sent on the origin of payment within 21 days.
Returns ( IF APPLICABLE )
Our return policy lasts 30 days from your purchase, after the completion of which we can no longer offer refund.
Returns are granted only on damaged goods and/or if your delivery extends beyond a 45-day timeline. We additionally do not accept returns on our gift cards.
Items purchased on discount are not eligible for return & exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will automatically be credited to your original mode of payment within a few days. Refunds are credited as credit notes via Whatsapp or Email.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
We bear the cost of shipping for damaged/defective items. In case you would like to exchange your undamaged product for a different one, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
