Exchange

Mistry has a no questions asked 7 day exchange policy. Please ensure all tags and accessories are in-tact and in perfect condition during pickup. We are not liable to exchange any products picked up from any offline locations, stores etc. Please contact the source for the exchange. All 3rd party stores in India & Outside India have their own terms and conditions.

Exchange process can take upto 15 working days in case of shoes and 7 working days in case of Handbags & Small Leather Accessories. Incase the product you like is out of stock you can opt for a credit note, different product or Return.

Returns & Refunds

Mistry has 3 day refund policy, incase you do not like our product you can opt for a return.
We will only process returns and exchanges for MISTRY items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.
Handwoven Leather Bags are not eligible for returns as they are made on order.
After return is placed and picked up, our team will inspect it and refund will reflect in the source account within 15 working days. 
We use a secure payment partner RAZORPAY that will reverse the payment in your bank account & credit card.

Please note a Rs 999 charge per product will be deducted from your account while the refund is processed. It takes upto 14 working days for the refund to be credited in your account.


We charge Rs 499 to re-ship your order in case of an RTO, to avoid this please recheck your email and contact information before ordering.
