MISTRY has a no questions asked 7 day exchange policy. Please ensure all tags and accessories are intact and in perfect condition during pickup. We are not liable to exchange any products picked up from any offline locations, stores etc. Please contact the source for the exchange. All 3rd party stores in India & Outside India have their own terms and conditions.

Exchange process is charged at Rs. 199/- per product and  can take upto 15 working days in case of shoes and 7 working days in case of Handbags & Small Leather Accessories. Incase the product you like is out of stock you can opt for a credit note.

At times, certain styles, colors, or variants may be discontinued after an order has been fulfilled. If an exchange is requested for a discontinued product, we may not be able to provide the same style, color, or variant, regardless of its availability at the time of the original purchase. In such cases, customers may exchange their item for any currently available product of equal value, or a higher-value product by paying the difference. As discontinued products are no longer in production, their availability cannot be guaranteed for exchanges or replacements.

Please note that items purchased from our website cannot be exchanged in store.

Returns & Refunds

Orders placed under any Buy One Get One (BOGO) or similar promotional offer are not eligible for a monetary refund. Where an eligible return or claim is approved, it may be resolved through an exchange or the issuance of a MISTRY Credit Note, at MISTRY’s sole discretion and in accordance with our Exchange & Returns Policy. Promotional offers are treated as bundled purchases and are therefore not eligible for individual monetary refunds. Any Credit Note issued in connection with a promotional order is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and is subject to its stated terms, conditions, and validity period.

We will only process returns and exchanges for Mistry items that are in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached, and undamaged.

Handwoven Leather Bags are not eligible for returns as they are made on order.

At MISTRY, we do not offer cancellations as each piece is individually handmade and crafted specifically to your order. Once placed, your order goes straight into production.

In case of a refund, there will be a Rs 799/- deduction, the money will be reversed to the source account within 14 days of the pickup.

We charge Rs 499 to re-ship your order in case of an RTO, to avoid this please recheck your email and contact information before ordering.

COD orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, COD orders can only be exchanged or a credit note can be provided that can be used on the website.

Credit Notes

A credit note is a store credit issued by MISTRY that can be used towards a future purchase on our website. If you do not wish to exchange your product, or if your preferred replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a credit note.

Credit notes:

• Are issued for the value of the product after applicable exchange or processing charges.
• Are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
• Can be redeemed against any product available on our website.
• Must be redeemed in a single transaction and cannot be used partially.
• Cannot be combined with discount codes, promotional offers, sale pricing, gift cards, store credits or any other offer running on the website.
• Are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Credit notes will be issued once the returned product has been received and passed our quality inspection.
